Global Entrepreneurship Week

Students are participating in Global Entrepreneurship Week. They will complete 4 challenges throughout the week and present their solutions to a panel of judges. They will post their solutions to http://www.unleashingideas.org/. Each challenge requires critical thinking skills, creative marketing strategies, and innovative ideas. You can view our students' solutions to challenges 133, 142 and 143.

Pompeii: Students learned about the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius in 79 A.D. We travelled to Charlotte to see the Pompeii exhibit at Discovery Place. Students saw casts of bodies that were buried under the pumice stone. It was a great experience!

Latin I and II students will post review items for Latin translations, grammar, history and culture and mythology as well as share their thoughts on the importance of learning a 2nd language.
