Pompeii: Students learned about the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius in 79 A.D. We travelled to Charlotte to see the Pompeii exhibit at Discovery Place. Students saw casts of bodies that were buried under the pumice stone. It was a great experience!

The whole fieldtrip was awesome. I am so glad that we got to on the trip. I had so much fun, however, the Pompeii exhibit was very emotional.
